My Second Home Pet Resort

Zoe has always loved her stays at My Second Home. She never seems traumatized after her stay. We are very pleased with her accomodations and the service she receives.

We use your grooming facility and you do a great job.

We switched to My Second Home after the tour of the facility. We drive from the Green Hills area to Franklin because we know our pets are happy at My Second Home.

We recently evacuated to the Cool Springs area from New Orleans due to Hurricane Ivan. We brought our two cats and our son's three cats and a dog. We were relieved and thrilled to find such a great place to board the pets. MSH was wonderful! Your facility is superb and the staff was so kind and helpful. The reason I said that I was Very Satisfied with my grooming service is becuase My Second Home IS my groomer. The main reasons for not boarding our dogs has been our dislike of other facility options. Even your economical premium suites seem a better choice than any other I've seen.

Gosh, I didn't know you had a website. We've used your facility once already and are VERY PLEASED with it. Our dog was not stressed out when we picked her up after a week of boarding. Previously, we had used our local vet and she came home with the runs every time we used them. This didn't happen at your facility. What a wonderful place!

Can you say spoiled?

The resort was beautiful. My dog really didn't care that we came back to get him!

My cat is, shall we say, a little difficult to deal with. He had surgery at a very early age and goes crazy whenever we take him to the vet, My Second Home, etc. He has never hurt anyone, but he really looks and acts like he would love to kill!! The two times my husband and myself have left him, the whole staff was extremely understanding. I called several times during our trips to check and see how he was doing. They always gave me a full report and never once acted like it was a burden. That is very important to me to be able to check on our pet when we're away, and we were totally accomodated!! Thank you ao much for the service you provide, and for being animal lovers as well. It means a lot to be able to leave you "baby" with someone who cares!!!

I enjoyed my vacation knowing my kitten, Lexus, was properly cared for during his stay at your resort.

We LOVE Cassie. She is so great with Sonny. It used to take 4 vet techs to trim his nails and shave him. She is really great. We also like that the TV's are on in the rooms. We always have CNN on and we think it makes the puppies feel at home.

We were pleased with the care our older dog received. He did well which shows us he was treated with TLC

I have brought Tallulah in two times now and already have her scheduled for a third visit. I have been very satisfied with both of her visits. Her first time being boarded was a nightmare and I used to be very nervous leaving her anywhere after that, but the staff made me feel very comfortable and Tallulah's demeanor when I pick her up lets me know she's in good hands, so thank you very much. I have also recommended your services to other dog owners.
