Outdoor Porter Service

My Second Home prides itself on offering innovative new services for our clients that make your pets stay with us as simple for your family as possible.

In this respect, My Second Home began offering our “Porter Service” in 2009. This service provides a staff member that will assist you from the parking lot to check in, and from Check out to the parking lot.

We understand that our customers often travel here with children, and that it can be difficult to handle a pet, and all of their belongings.

The porter service is not always available due to weekly and seasonally swings in demand. As a result, you may not always be met in the parking lot with assistance.

In this respect, we will soon be installing an intercom system on the island in front of the building. When you arrive and require assistance, you will simply communicate your needs with a reception staff over the intercom and we will locate a staff member to assist you in the event the porter is busy or unavailable.

We hope that this new service will help to further provide you with yet another reason to continue to make My Second Home, your pets second home!
