Lodging by the Hour

My Second Home now offers lodging by the hour. Hourly lodging is available Monday thru Saturday and is subject to availability. Certain black out holiday dates may apply. Please call our reception staff at (615) 771-7794 to confirm availability and to book your appointment.

Serenity Suites Opens

My Second Home is very pleased to announce the opening of our new Serenity Suites. This area was specially designed for older dogs or ones that may prefer a serene and very peaceful environment. This new area was designed to accommodate only 16 dogs and features its own soft music system well insulated from the rest of the building. Each suite features an orthopedic mattress in its roomy 25 sq ft design big enough for 3 large dogs sharing. No barkers allowed.

New Outdoor Expansion

My Second Home is pleased to announce the opening of our new state of the art artificial turf play yard. At a cost of almost $75,000, our new play yard will eliminate the dust and mud associated with real grass. The drainage system under the yard provides for a greater degree of sanitation and the artificial turf is very soft on a dogs paw pads. Complimented with new outdoor play furnishings, this yard has been a real hit with our daycare and lodging dogs alike. Next time by, drive to the back of our building and watch the fun!

Daycare Openings Available

We currently have a very few and rare openings at Paw Play Daycare. If you have a social dog, give Paw Play a try. Your dog or puppy will love the interactive play and will come home dog tired at the end of the day! Your dog will learn social skills and become a better family pet. Appointments appreciated.

Owner Food

We no longer charge for owner food! Some of our guests seem to do better on food from home and we have adjusted our policy to reflect this change. Should you choose our food, we will continue to serve it up for free!

Pal Time for Lodging Dogs

My Second home is pleased to announce the opening of its latest addition. Daycare is now available to “social” dogs that are lodging with us at a cost of $13.00 for a 2-3 hour visit with other boarders that have been temperament tested for socialization. This offers your pet a chance to play with a number of his pals in a closely supervised setting both indoors and out! Individual playtimes will continue to be available for 20 minutes of one on one with our professional Lodging technicians.

Flea, Tick & Worm Control

Please be sure that your pets are current for flea and heartworm medications prior to arriving for a lodging reservation. In addition to the required vaccinations, these safeguards will help us to keep My Second Home free of these pesky creatures. You will be asked to sign a form indicating your pet is current upon arrival. Thank you for helping us keep our facility “critter free”.

Paw Play Daycare

Thanks to many of you, Paw Play has become a tremendous success. Unlike other daycares, we have very strict rules on manager to pet ratio, so please book ahead to avoid disappointment.
